Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original retail packaging, ensuring all mounts, cables, and manuals are included to qualify for a full refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your returned gear, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
